52 New Airports Added: Live Flight Boards for Europe, the Islands and Beyond

Over the last eight weeks we have added 52 new airports to WhichTerminal, taking the site to 107 airports in total. Every one of them has live departures and arrivals boards, cancellation tracking and local weather, not just a static page of opening times.

This was a deliberate push in two directions: the Mediterranean holiday airports that UK holidaymakers actually fly to, and the small regional and island airports that larger sites tend to ignore. Below is the full list, with direct links to the pages worth bookmarking.

What Every New Airport Page Includes

Each airport below has the same core set of live pages:

  • Live departures board with real-time status, updated continuously
  • Live arrivals board, useful for checking whether your inbound aircraft is on its way
  • Cancelled flights tracker showing today's cancellations broken down by airline and route
  • Cancellation history so you can see how reliable an airport has actually been, month by month
  • Weather and daylight, including a seven day forecast, sunrise and sunset times, and climate averages built from eleven years of data
  • Destinations showing where you can fly direct

Compare Airport Parking Prices

Stop overpaying for airport parking. Compare prices across all UK airports and save up to 60% when you book in advance.

This was the biggest single addition, and the most requested. These are the airports at the far end of a UK package holiday, where knowing which terminal you land in and whether your flight home is running actually matters.

Greece and the Greek Islands

Italy

Spain, the Balearics and the Canaries

Flying early? Don't risk the traffic. Stay minutes from the terminal with park & fly packages included.

Portugal, Malta, Croatia and Turkey

Scottish Islands and UK Regional Airports

These are the airports that rarely get proper coverage anywhere. Several of them handle a handful of flights a day, which is precisely why a cancellation matters so much. All of these also have a full getting here page covering driving, parking, buses and ferries.

Ireland

Full coverage of the Republic's regional airports, all with getting here guides.

European City Airports

City break and business destinations, including the second airports that catch people out.

Long Haul and Middle East

Why Live Data at the Destination End Matters

Most airport websites are written for the departure end of the journey: which car park, how early to arrive, where security is. That is useful once. The harder problem is what happens when you are two thousand miles from home and something goes wrong.

Catania has been a live demonstration of exactly that. When Mount Etna shut the airport for five days in August 2026, the useful questions were all at the destination end: is my flight home cancelled, which airline is worst affected, and where are flights being diverted to. We covered it as it happened in our report on the Etna cancellations and the follow up on the delay backlog, using the same live boards linked above.

That is the reasoning behind this expansion. You can browse everything from our full airport directory, or start from a UK airport and see where you can actually fly.

What Is Next

We are continuing to add airports based on what people search for. If there is somewhere you fly regularly that we do not cover yet, let us know and we will look at adding it.
