UK Flight Cancellations in July 2026: Which Airports and Airlines Were Worst Hit

Across the UK airport boards we monitor, we recorded 706 cancelled flights in July 2026, split across 339 departures and 367 arrivals. London Heathrow Airport saw the most, which is what you would expect given it is one of the busiest airports in the country. The busiest single days for cancellations were Sunday 5 July (60 cancellations), Friday 3 July (49 cancellations), Wednesday 1 July (47 cancellations).
